What documents do you need from me?

CashPal handles the initial application and provides a lender-finding service — so we don’t require any supporting documents other than a read-only copy of your bank statements and identification, which we need to find you a suitable lender.

Your lender, however, might require supporting documents to confirm your identity and personal circumstances — copies of bank statements, payslips, and/or bills. If you receive Centrelink payments, your lender might ask you to verify your myGov account. Requirements differ from lender to lender, so wait until we’ve found your most suitable lender before checking exactly what they need. Costs, repayments and applying

The cost of your 1 hour cash loandepends on the lender we match you with — most can be flexible with fees, at their discretion, and your contract contains all relevant costs. Once approved, repayments run by direct debit on the agreed schedule; just keep enough in your account so payments don’t bounce (dishonour fees are outlined in your contract), and contact your lender early if you expect trouble with an upcoming payment.
